Malakai
Malakai arrived to Tiny Hooves Sanctuary in early 2022. He was found as a stray in a residential living area on someone’s front porch. The homeowner called animal control because they thought he was a skunk that needed to be relocated. Once they arrived, they knew he needed to be taken to the shelter right away to get proper care, as he was just a few days old. Working with Winnebago County Animal Control, we were able to get him here to us so that we could continue proper nutritional and health care.
Some of Malakai’s favorite things are getting human cuddles and kisses, eating animal crackers, and lounging in the sunshine!
