2025 Gala Donation Form
Physical Items
Thank you for your interest in partnering with Tiny Hooves Sanctuary for our 2025 ‘Mission of Compassion’ Gala!
We are seeking two types of donations for our event this year:
Silent Auction Items - Popular examples are gift baskets, retail gift certificates, vouchers for experiences, framed art, etc.
VIP Gift Bag Items - Smaller items such as prepackaged snacks, sample sized products, coupons, etc. (min. qty. 55)
Our attendees and supporters are earth conscious, compassionate, vegan and vegan-curious animal lovers. All donations must be vegan.*
All donors are listed on our website, included in our welcome rotating slideshow and will be listed on our social media.
Deadline to receive items is 2/8/2025.
Tax ID 47-3739280 | 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Please consult your tax advisor regarding the deductibility of this contribution.
Tiny Hooves Sanctuary reserves the right to refuse items or utilize items for other fundraisers or online auctions as needed.
*Vegan is defined as being free of any animal ingredients or processes that harm or exploit animals. Animal ingredients include meat, poultry, fish, eggs, dairy, honey, wool, leather, fur, silk, shells, and anything else that is animal in origin. No products will be allowed that have been tested on animals. The promotion of events or services that include the exploitation of animals, including circuses, rodeos, zoos, etc. is strictly forbidden.
