Franny
Franny came home to Tiny Hooves in 2023. Our amazing farrier rescued her from neglect. Franny had been a broodmare her entire life, endlessly making babies to have them taken and sold off. As she aged, the facility did not provide her with any health care or proper nutrition. Our farrier took her home to her barn and spent a year working on getting her healthy again. We offered to give her a safe and comfortable forever here with us. Franny is a fun mix of silly, sassy, and sweet, and we just adore her! She has good horse friends here, but her absolute best friend in the entire world is Aurora. They share a stall together at night where they have access to their senior meals. You can often find them grooming each other, the love is real and true. Besides being with her bestie, Franny’s favorite things are rolling in the mud or dirt, lounging in the sunshine, and eating her special food each morning and night!
