Coach
Coach arrived to his forever home with us at Tiny Hooves in 2021. Coach has Cushing’s Disease as well as Equine Metabolic Disorder, which means he has medications he takes daily that are vital for his quality of life. After some time, we have nailed the combination of medications that he needs, and he is now living a good life, and is as comfortable as his body will allow. Coach has learned how to cope with his symptoms, which include sore feet. He knows when to lay down to rest them, and he loves laying in his fresh shavings in his stall each night after dinner! Coach gets specialty hoof trims every four weeks to keep him sturdy and comfy. He is quite possibly the sweetest horse that has ever lived! Coach loves hanging out with his friends in his herd each day. A warm sunny day is all Coach needs to be a happy boy, but he also enjoys being brushed and fresh hay deliveries for breakfast and dinner!
