• Mindful Baking is a woman-owned wholesale bakery and storefront cafe featuring 100% vegan and gluten-free baked goods, desserts, and savory foods. Based in Chicago’s Ravenswood neighborhood, owner Diane Mejia has been bringing peace of mind to customers with food allergies and sensitivities for over 10 years. The Mindful Baking team can be found selling allergy-friendly treats at farmers’ markets and pop-up events across the city and suburbs, and beyond. Mindful Baking products are also sold at numerous Chicago-area cafes and shops. Diane also supports other Chicago-area vegan/cruelty-free businesses and organizations by hosting unique events throughout the year, such as the Vegan Star Girl Market and Lucha Vegan.

• The Chunky Scones is an all-vegan bakery in the Ravinia district of Highland Park. They have been in the vegan scene since 2015 making scones, sourdough cinnamon rolls, sourdough bread, donuts, pizzas, empanadas, cookies, pies, and everything that involves being Chunky. Also serving hot and iced coffee at this event!
